The fine print, in plain English.

Every package purchase is split into two payments:

• 50% deposit — due at checkout to begin Stage 1 (Discovery).
• 50% final payment — invoiced at delivery, before the site is handed off or launched.

Invoices are issued directly by LUXE BUILDS AI and paid through our secure payment page. We never see or store your full card details.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

After Phase 1 (Discovery) is completed, full refunds are no longer automatic because design and build work has begun. In those cases we consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for outside factors such as documented emergencies, continued failed payments, or circumstances beyond your reasonable control. Reach out to us and we’ll review the situation fairly.

To request a refund, email ahollins@luxeaibuild.com with the email address used on your invoice. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

You may cancel your project at any time by contacting us or by emailing us. Recurring Ongoing Care plans can be cancelled at any time and will stop at the end of the current billing month.

LUXE BUILDS AI reserves the right to end an engagement for reasons including unresponsive clients, scope incompatibility, abusive conduct, or requests that violate our Terms of Service. Any refund on cancellation is handled under the 30-day money-back guarantee above.

Standard delivery is 2–14 days from the completion of Stage 1. Timelines assume timely client feedback (typically within 48 hours). Extended client delays may pause the project and shift final delivery accordingly.

Our packages include design, build, AI integrations, booking/CRM setup, and connection of accounts you already own (Stripe, Google, domain registrars, etc.). Domain registration and copyright/trademark filings are not included — you purchase and own those directly through your preferred registrar.
